We therefore wish to be re-registered as a user of the Model 700 Shipping Container (package I.D. No. USA /5942/B( )F). We also request that all parties notified by your office of our suspension be reinformed of our status. We plan to ship the irradiated MTR Type from UCLA on or about June 21, 1980.
