NOTICE OF TAKING DEPOSITIONS TO ALL PARTIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE COUNSEL, TO THE DEPONENTS IDENTIFIED BELOW, AND TO MARSHALL E. MILLER, CHAIRMAN, ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING BOARD:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to 10 C.F.R.12.740a, the NRC Staff will take the depositions of William R. Park, Michael J. Taylor, Robert T.
l Allured, Louis F. Badet, and Glenn West, Jr. of Pacific Gas and Electric Company ("PG&E"), at PG&E's offices located at 77 Beale Street, San Francisco, California, in a room to be determined, on June 3,1980 commenc-ing at 9:00 a.m. and continuing from day to day until completed. The deponents will be examined with respect to their own and PG&E's policies, practices, and procedures regarding: (1) document filing, storage, retention, and destruction, inc?uding but not limited to the transfer of documents from their personal files or PG&E's current or working files to PG&E's Records Storage Center; and (2) the production of documents during the discovery phase of litigation, including but not limited to this proceeding and the Department of Justice's Civil Investigative Demand No.1562. The depositions i
will be taken before an officer authorized to administer oaths to be selected by the NRC Staff.
