ORDER GRANTING ADDITIONAL TIME TO FORELAWS ON BOARD By letter of April 25, 1980, Mr. Lloyd Marbet informed the Board that he had not received the last two Board orders.
This is deplorable since he was serviced according to the service list.
He further stated that Staff counsel promised to furnish him copies of same.
Mr'. Marbet's request of 30 days to respond to the Board's orders is granted as well as the 30 days requested to respond to the Staff's FES.
The Applicant's letter of April 25, 1980 enclosed a list of proposed issues which it states are site related and are relevant to the site suitability hearing.
ByletkerofMay1,1980,the Staff suggested that it would be appropriate to consider suitable issues at a prehearing conference.
The Board agrees and will plan to have a prehearing conference the week of July 21, 1980.
