There are two Class III issues for which accepts.bility for the issue has been defined by the NRC. These two issues are : (1) Rod bow penalties on hot channel factors, and (2) exposure dependt nce of F limits. The NRC has allowed elimination of the rod bow penalty on F q for Westinghouse fuel and stated that Exxon should submit a topical repork on rod bow, that 3
has previously been done, to support elimination of the rod bow penalty on
.F fcr the Exxon fuel. Exposure dependence of the ? limit for ENC fuel 0

The administrative changes in section 3.5 and 3.10 are Class II issues.
Since there are three types of issues (i.e. 2 Class III and 1 Class II) that are applicable to both units there are 3 Class I amendments.
The administrative ch: ages in section 3.10 involve the SI actuation scheme, PDC 2 for tdtich amendments had been submitted before and these changes are consistent with connitments made at the time of those amendment requests.
3 Other administrative changes include minor wording corrections in the 3.10 limiting conditions for operation and bases.
