Dear Mr. Stello:
Massachusetts Institute of Technology submits herewith a report of changes in its " Security Plan for the MIT Reactor". The plan is Appendix 13.B of the " Safety Analysis Report for the MIT Research Reactor (MITR-II)", Report No. MITNE-115, and it was contained in MIT's submittals of August 8, 1974, February 14, 1975, and September 6, 1978 (SAR Revisions Nos. 10, 11 and 15). The present changes are designated SAR Revision No. 16.
The attached sheet lists the pages to be removed and inserted and also provides a description of each change.
