change of Technical Specifications, Appendix A, of Operating Licenses 1
DPR-42 and 60.
Also attached is one copy of the License Amendment class determination and a check in the amount of $ 10,400.00 for the amendment fee.
This submittal proposes changes in Sections 3.5 and 3.10 of the Prairie Island Technical Specification. Approval of these changes is requested for the current operating cycles (by August 1, 1980).
Exhibit A describes the proposed changes, reasons for change, and safety evaluation.
Exhibit B contains the revised Appendix A pages. Exhibit C is the Exxon Nuclear Company document XN-NF-79-18 (NP). The proprietary version of this document XN-NF-79-18 (P) is being forwarded under separate cover with the appropriate affidavits.
