Revision 7 to the Responses to NRC Requests Regarding Plant Fill contains re-vised material and supplemental information requested in L S Rubenstein's letter to S H Howell dated April 1, 1980. Part of the information requested in the above letter asked for details on the installation of each pie:cceter used to monitor pore water pressure during the surcharging program, including the type and actual elevations of the installed piezometers, the types of backfill material where pie:ometea vert:r placed, and their !nsertion depth in the drilled hole.
This was previously supplied in Amendment 76 dated April 1,1980.
The list of P3AR subsections which no longer represent current design concepts, originally supplied in Amendment Th, has been updated in part to better represent the status of the listed subsections. Because of remedial actions planned, two categories are nov licted: One which does not reflect 100% of the current planned design concepta and another which contains correct information which will be supplemented in the future.

! to the referenced letter from L S Rubenstein, " Sample Listing of Reports Needed by Staff's Consultants," includes 20 reports requested by the staff.
Five of these reports are not being forwarded at this time. Reports indicated by numbers 11 and 12 on this list have been superseded by numbers 9 and 1C and therefore items 11 and 12 vill not be forwarded. Reports indicated by numbers 9, lo and 19 are currently in draft form and vill be forwarded as they beccme available.
2 Proof of service upon the parties listed in the revised Service List attached to Mr 3 A Varga's November 30, 1977 letter as modified by Mr S A Varga's letter of April 2h,1978 is being provided under separate cover.
