have contained garbled and misleading stater.ent;, citributad statements to persons other than those who made then, inaccuracies in the re-i porting of simple technical terms and lacked com/enciacal punctuation.

Reporters hcVe been arriving late for hearings.

Transcripts have been delivered late, impacting the hearing review p ocesses of the Commissioners, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel, the Atomic i

Safety and Licensing Appeal Panel, and the Advi:ory Co=ittee on Reactor Safeguards.

Subsequent to my Show Cause letter, I received notification of further lats deliv:ric:.

You have also failed to make sufficient progress in securic; perscnnci sacurity clearances and failed to submit transcripts in acccedance with the terms of tha contract.
