This is in response to that portion of your letter dated April 11, 1980 in which you appealed NRC's failure to provide a response to your letter dated March 13, 1980.
As you were in, formed in a telephone conversation on April 17, 1980 with Ms. Carol Ann Reed of my staff, no further action will be taken on the appeal portion of your April 11, 1980 letter since flRC responded to your March 13, 1980 letter on April 15, 1980 by providing you with five documents and denying portions of fi'>e additional documents.
As you were also informed in that telephone conversation, the part of your April 11, 1980 letter which requested additional information, will be handled as a separate initial request.
