This is in response to your letter dated April 9,1980 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, one copy each of 25 documents which you specifically identified by Docket Number and a brief description.
Copies of the requested records are enclosed.
In a telephone conversation with Mr. Dick Lavins of my staff on April 21, 1980, it was confirmed that you would bear the cost of reproduction.
The charge for reproduction is tr a cents ($0.10) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(b).
Accordingly, the cost of reproducing the enclosed 631 pages is $63.10.
