Dear Ms. Belin:
This is in response to your letter dated April 1,1980 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, documents pertaining to People Against Nuclear Power and the category and name of the files in which those documents are located.
The NRC does not maintain files on organizations.
To the extent that People Against Nuclear Power or its members may have written to the NRC concerning any licensing or rule making matter, those letters would be in the public Docket files for the proceedings involved.
There are public Docket files for the various nuclear plants located throughout California, and copies of documents concerning People Against Nuclear Power may be contained there.
For your information, I am enclosing a listing of Local Public Document Rooms located in California.
