A condition considered reportable under Technical Specification 6.9.1.3 exists wherein an incore thermocouplc 6L 1.s exhibiting periodic erratic behavior.
This report is submitted pursuant to Technical Specification 3.3.3.6 Table 3-3-10 LLem 10.
The reason for the erratic behavior in not known and may not be possibic to determine given the condition of the l' nit 2 incore instrumentation.
If any further failure of thin particular incora ther::occuple occurs it is considered that this report. constituten the required notification.
