On April 23, 1980, the ce=nission extended the time for consideratien of the Director of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation's denial of your request for enforcenent action with respect to radiation tenitoring and emergency planning at the site of the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station.

That ti=e period has new elapsed without the Cc= ission taking any action to review the decision in whole or in part. Therefore, the decision of the Director, pursuant to 10 CFR 2.206(c)(1), is the final agency action in this proceeding.

"I would review the senitoring program and the dosimeter placement questions."
