Changes to Operating License No. NPF-2 Technical Specification Alabama Power Company submitted proposed changes to Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant Operating License No. NPF-2 Technical Specifications on March 28, 1980.
Two changes were involved concerning organization and rod bow penalty. One class III fee was enclosed for $4,000.
A letter from R. M. Diggs, License Fee Management Branch, dated April 14, 1980 stated that two class III fees are applicable due to organizational changes involving changes in lines of responsibility or the functions of a committee or position being considered a class III change.
Please find attached another check for $4,000 as requested for the second class III change.
