Dear Mr. Hill:
Thank you for your telephone call of April 9,1980 with the suggestion abcut using weather balloons to dispose of the krypton gas from the reactor build-ing at Three Mile Island, Unit 2.
I have forwarded your suggestion to nri staff, which is now evaluating connents before making a recommendation to the Commission on removal of the krypton.
In the meantime, I am enclosing for your information copies of NRC's " Environ-mental Assessment for Decontamination of the Three Mile Island Unit 2 Reactor Building Atmosphere" (NUREG-0662), and two Addenda.
