Dear Ms. Morse:
I On April 10, 1980, the Co=ission extended the ti=e for consideration of the Director of Inspection and Enforcement's denial of your request for enforcement action against the operating license for La Crosse 4
Boiling Water Reactor.
That time period has now elapsed without the Co =ission taking any action to review the decision in whole or in part. Therefore, the decision of the Director, pursuant to 10 CFR 2.206(c)(1), is the final agency action in this proceeding.
In connection with his concurrence in no review, Coc=1ssioner Bradford provided the follering co e nt:
"1 am not co=fortable with tt..
decisien on Appendix J failures, but I don't believe that that issue warrants further attention in the context of this reactor since it is apparently to be deco missioned."
