Dear Mr. Hearne:
On April 10, 1980, the Comission extended the time for consideration of the Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation's denial of your request for enforcement action against construction permit for the Callaway Plant, Unit 2.
That time period has now elapsed without the Commission taking any action to review the decision in whole or in part.
Therefore, the decision of the Director, pursuant to 10 CFR 2.206(c)(1), is the final agency action in this proceeding.
