CONFIRMATORY ORDERS FOR LICENSEES" RESPONSES TO IE BULLETIN 79-27 By EN-80-10, dated March 28, 1980, the Commission was informed of IE's intent to issue confirmatory orders to ten (10) licensees for eighteen (18) facilities to formalize licensee commitments to respond to IE Bulletin 79-27 by specified dated.
This is to inform the Commission that due to the time involved in developing the orders, the date of issuance must be extended beyond the stated date of on or about March 31, 1980.
It is, therefore, requested that Enforcement Notice 80-10 not be released for public disclosure until April 4,1980.
