ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME In a joint motion dated March 2,1980 (received by us on March 11 under a cover letter from Staff dated March'9),

Shoreham Opponent's Coalition (SOC) and the NRC Staff have requested an extension of time (60 days frem March 5,1980) in which to submit particularized contentions pursuant to our

" Order Ruling on Petition of Shoreham Opponents Coalition" dated March 5, 1980.

The Applicant is represented as having no objec-tions to the requested extension The reason for the request is to provide time for SOC to consult with the NRC Staff regarding the particularization of its contentions.

There being no obj ection and good cause having been shown, the joint motion for a 60-day extension by SOC and Staff i

SOC shall file its particularized contentions no later than June 6, 1980.
