ORDER RELATIVE TO SCHEDULING AN EVIDENTIARY HEARING ON SITE SUITABILITY ISSUES On February 15, 1980, Portland General Electric Company (PGE) announced a postponement of the need for the energy from this facility until the 1990's.
PGE requested that the Board proceed to a hearing date of May 15, 1980 on site suitability issues.
Our order of March 27, 1980, stated that this date could not be met by the Board.
Other priority commitments make it impossible for the Board to suggest another date at this time but it is now known it will be several months later.
