In act.ordance with the request in the letter from l'r Taymond to "r. Tircks dated ree.Ser 17, 1979, withdrawing your license application for the Experimental Test Facility, we h:ve discontinued activitics on the acplication and placed Docket 70-2219 in inactive status.
Furthermore, we are returning the proprietary documents submitted in support of the application. The enclosures include all copies of the proprietary documents except one copy of XN-EL-29 Supp. dated May 1976.
As' far as we can determine, the fourth copy of that docur.ent'was destroyed.
We know of no NRC-generated documents which contain JfAI proprietary data.
We will retain one copy of each non-proprietary document submitted in support of your application and destroy the remaining copies..
