ot only does this method have the advantages of the lowest cost and fastest decontamination, using known technclogy,

:t it 7ppears to be the only alternative that eliminates

ne possibility of future uncontrolled releases of Kr-35.

I believe that the purge period should be initiated as soon as possible.
