Consumers Power addressed Item 1 in our November 5,1979 letter as well as cocmitted to testing both diesels at a later date.

Both diesel generators have completed a 2h-hour continuous full load rating test. The test results are available at the Palisades Plant. This letter fulfills our commitments under IE Bulletin 79-23.
