Dear Mr. Seyfrit:

Per our telephone conversation of February 29, 1980 with Mr. Dan Mcdonald, we had promised a partial submittal to 79-01B on this date.

Due to unforeseen problems in making the "tfe in" to General Atomic Company's computer in San Diego, we are unable to supply the information on this date.

We will transmit the above mentioned submittal within 14 days.

At that time, we will summarize the actions we are taking as a result of 79-01B, provide justification for areas that do not apply to an HTGR, and provide the current status of our response along with a schedule for its completion.
