Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted on January 21-25, 1980, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in full compliance with conditions of your NRC Facility License No. DPR-54 as indicated below.

Technical Specification 2.2, Appendix B, requires that the total resi-dual chlorine in effluent water not exceed a maximum rate of 0.2 mg/
liter.
Contrary to this requirement the total chlorine concentration in plant effluent exceeded the limit on October 24, November 20, December 3, December 5 and Lecember 14, 1979.
This item is a deficiency.
