This report documents current progress information for the period January 1 thru March 31, 1980, and is submitted in accordance with sectica 6.9.1.10 of the UII-II Recovery Technical Specifications. Also included in this report is the Radiation Safety Progran Report as described in section 6.9.1.6 of the DtI-II Recovery Technical Specifications.
