Docket No. 50-306 License No. bM-60 Unit No. 2 Inservice Inspection Summary Report Re fueling Outage No. 4 Attached for your review are four opies of the Inservice Inspecticn-Examination Summary Report for the fourth refueling outage of Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant Unit No. 2.
This report identifies the components examined, the examination methods used, the examination report number, and summarizes the examinat ion results for each of the following areas:
1.
Pressure retaining components, supports, and bolting of seismic supports classified as ASME Class 1, and reactor coolant pump flywheels.
2.
Reactor pressure vessel interior surfaces and internal components.
3.
Feedwater piping circumferential butt welds and piping base metal as required by IE Bulletin No. 79-13.
4.
Eddy current examination of steam generator tubing.
Submittal of the attached summary report is intended to satisfy the inspection reporting requirements contained in IWA-6220 of Section XI of the ASME Code.
Detailed inspection reports are available at the plant for review by the Region III Office of Inspection and Enforcement.
