Attn: Mr. Harold Denton We would like a copy of the new changes which will be effected at Indian Point by Con Ed and PASNY.

We understand from neuspaper releases that it is these changes on uhich the operating licenses for these plants has been extended until January 1, 1981.
We refer to safety regulations developed by Mr. Leonar1 Olshan and Mr. Darrell Eisenhut.
If there is any economic study suggesting the impact of these changes, we would be interested in having a copy of it.
He are having a meeting with our County Legislature on the 26th of February and would like to receive the above material on the 25th.
We also note that on December 18 at Ossining, New York, Mr. Brian Grimes agreed to mail us the Nuregs #0396 and
- 0610.
He sat through the session at Ossining with no copies of what the proceedings were about. At the session at the Roosevelt Hotel we were given a list of questions,
to be considered but we did not have these materials to /
study.
Nor are they in our New City Free Library. Nor have we seen any meeting notice which referred to anything but 10CFR Part 50.
l We live within the ten mile radius of Indian Point complex.
l We feel as if we had nothing to say about all the pro-ceedings and that the NRC has not provided us with a forum albeit the hearings, as they were styled, do say that the questions from the public will be heard. We asked some questions but received no answers.
We wrote on February 7 asking f or the UUREGS listed above.
