Dear Mr. Riina:
This is in response to your letter dated February 29, 1980 in which you requested, under the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of the winning technical proposals submitted.in response to contract solicitations RFP No. RS-0SD-79-002 and RFP No. RS-0SD-79-003.
This will also serve to confirm the telephone conversation you had with Mr. John C. Carr of my staff on April 3,1980 in which you agreed to accept the non-proprietary versions of these proposals.
Copies of the documents supplied to you, herewith, are also being placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) located at 1717 H Street, N.W.,
Washington, DC 20555.
The charge for reproducing records not located in the NRC Public Document Room is ten cents ($0.10) per page as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(b), a copy of which is enclosed.
Accordingly, the cost of reproducing the enclosed 151 pages is $15.10 1
