Commission, by a vote of 3 to 2 with Commissioners Gilinsky 2

and Commissioner Bradford dissenting, have approved the appoint-3 ment of Mr. Gleason as part-time member of the Atomic Safety 4

and License Network.

Mr. Kennedy, who is not here, had he been here would 6

have voted with the majority and the majority would be accomplishec 7

and Commissioner Bradford has agreed to abstain is this formal - ;

8 not participate. Would you affirm your votes?

11 Commission, by a vote of three to two, again because -- approved !

12 appointment of Mr. Carter as a part-time member of the Atomic i
