This is in response to your letter dated January 24, 1980, which requested an exemption from the requirement of completing Fom NRC-741 for the transfer of contaminated clothing to your laundry far.111ty.
We have detemined that granting this request will not endanger the common defense and security and that it is othemise in the public interest.
Accordingly, effective imediately, we are adding License Condition 6.5 to Amendment No. MPP-2 to your License No. S!Of-ll68, which shall read as follows:
6.5 Notwithstanding the requirements of 10 CFR 70.54 which require completion and distribution of a Nuclear Material ^ Transaction Report on Form NRC-741 for the transfer of SNM, the licensee shall not be required to complete and distribute this report for the transfer of contaminated clothing to their laundry facility.

Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d)(1), such information is deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
