To discuss Emergency Planning Guidelines in relation to the Millstone and Haddam Neck Nuclear Power Stations at Waterford and East Hampton, Connecticut with NNEC0, State of Connecticut, and local officials and to permit limited relevant statements from the public.

Communications Wednesday, April 2 1:30 pm - 5:00 pm*
Hold meeting with.icensee to discuss NRR requirements and results of preliminary emergency plan review. This will be a technical business meeting between the NRC/ FEMA staff and NNECO. The public is allowed to observe the proceedings but will be requested not to participate until the evening session.
Thursday, April 2 9:30 am - 12:00 pm*

Hold discussions with Connecticut State and local authorities responsible for coordination and implementation of protective actions. This will be a technical meeting between the NRC/
FEMA staff and state and leal officials. The public is allowed to observe the p oceeding but will be requested not I

Hold discussions with tha public to determine their views on the state of emergency preparedness in the area and to iden-tify any local features or situations which present special problems.
