In accordance with our several recent discussions, the attached subpoena has been issued for your appearance as a witness on behalf of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Staff. The subpoena indicates the time and plz.e set for your appearance.
While the subpoena does not require that you bring with you any particular documents, it may be helpful to have with you at the time you testify, any maps, charts, FAA or company rules, directives, instructions, procedures, i
and/or guidance bearing on landings and takeoffs at Harrisburg International l
Airport.
For your convenience, I have made a hotel reservation in your name at the Holiday Inn Town, Second and Chestnut Streets, Harrisburg, PA. ((717)-234-5021)), for the night of February 24, 1980. I will also be staying at this hotel and, if at all possible, would like to meet with you at 8:00 PM on February 24th, for a brief discussion of what you should expect at the hearing. Please let me know if there is a problem with either the hotel 3
