- l. Activity For Selected Dockets Fy74 & 75.
This report includes all activity for the three dockets which you requested for the period of July 1, 1973 thru June 30, 1975. (by docket / report) 2.
Reactor Activity July 1, 1975 to Present. I have included all activity (new format) and the text for each item of noncompliance or deviation. (Noncompliance indicated by an "a" under the heading type and deviation indicated by a "c" under the heading type.
Any text with an- "s" under heading Ex indicates 2.790 in-formation and should be handled as such.
Please note-- module numbers do not appear with the text until late 1977.
At that time we started recording this information with the text.
- 3. Activity For Selected Dockets 7/75 - Todate.
I have listed each.
inspec. tion and included the module number with a description of the module inspected.
This will help determine the area inspected.
Use this report with report #
2.
I have left the program on each report for reference.
I will-prepare the other docket in the same format as these three reports.
