TMI Nuclear Station Maintenance Training B&W-601-8014, P.O. 43494 As requested by Mr. J. G. Herbein, Assistant Superintendent, Three Mile Island Nuclear Station,. we are pleased to quote a firm price of $21,800 for the additional service of one three-week Instrumentation and Control Technician Training Program to be conducted twice at' PURCHASER'S facility.
This program consists of one week 880/881 System, one week 721 Electric Analog, and one week Cembined Control Operation. The outline of this program is forwarded for your infor=ation.
Our offer is fir = for acceptance by the Metropolitan Edison Ccapany prior to January 11, 1974 for conducting this course prior to April 8,1974. The exact dates to be established by mutual agreement with si.x weeks notice required for performance.
Contractually, the above work can be implemented by a change order to your Purchase Order Nu=ber 43494 and subject to the terms and conditions of the Babcock and Wilcox Proposal A4-49, Contract 601-8014.
