In response to the request from Mr.
J'. G. Ecrbein, Assistant Plant Superintendent, Three Mile Island !;uclear Station, Babcock & Wilcox is pleased to quote a fir:a price of $15,000 for the !;uclcar Plant Maintenance Training Progran described in Babcock & Wilcox Preposal A4-49.
In addition, the resume of the proposed instructor for this course is attached.
This course will be conducted for two groups spanning a nine-day period during the fourth quarter of 1973. The exact dates shall be establis1ed by 3
mutual agrec=cnt, however, a two-week 1 cad ti=e vill be required for scheduled -
perfor=ance.
The price and terns quoted in this proposal are subject to acceptance by the Purcheser until :;ovc=ber 1,1973, c:: cept that the Co=pany shall have the right to withdraw its proposal at any time before for=al acceptance by the Purchaser and approval in writing by an authori::ed of ficer of the Co:pany.
