I talked to Ernie Blakeaxx about our desire to get 1977 and 1978 tax returns for the four owners of TMI-2. lie said he would speak with Him Liberman, GPU's NYC counsel, and one of them would get back to us.
I want to get a picture of how closely the company holds the returns (they might be publicly filed in rate proceedings, or they might be among the companies' most proprietary documents - - I honestly don't know) and I want to find out how big they are, in numbers of 3ges.
Ernie didn'txnaxx know the answers to ti.ese questions either, but he suggested that if they were very proprietary we might work out an opportonity for us to review the returns fcr items that interested us, rather than take copies of entire returns. I said I thought for the moment thatmight be sufficient.
