RE0 VESTED iiATERIAL FROM THI-l WITNESSES This is in response to your memo of October 3,1979 subject as above. Attached is a copy of my Professional Qualifications.
Noted below are responses to your questions (2), (3), and (4).
(2) Brief summary of participation in (a) the licensing of TMI Units 1 and 2, iione (b) the incident that recently occurred at TMI Unit 2.
I was detailed to the task force for the TMI technical support at Three f1ile Island Nuclear Station from the Effluent Treatment Systems Branch of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation since April 1979.
In this capacity, I have performed technical review of the recovery operations for Tiil-2 and the restart programs for TMI-1.
