Executive Branch views on this application were received on November 27, 1979 and forwarded to the Commission for review on December 27, 1979.

Final NRC licensing action has been delayed pending additic->l infc mation from the Executive Branch concerning requirements of the NNPA wi;a respect to this type of export.
