I am a thirty-six year old'm6ther of five children.
I'm writing this in hopes that the combined voices of people all over the world will be heard.
As a mother and a concerned citizen, concerned for the future of our Nation and the World.
I beg you to give careful consideration to the long term effects and risks involved in Nuclear Power Plants.
In doirig so I hope your intelligence and love of humanity will guide you in supporting the shut-down and cancellation of Nuclear Plants (power & weapons).
We are an economic Nation which fails to realize the preciousness of Human life.
I and my counterparts throughout the world refuse to sit idply by, while the Government kills and malmes, in small doses, day by day, in the name of the Economy.
Please listen and hear the outcry of humanity, before the doomed wail of our children is heard.
The money saved in the shutdown and cancellation of Nuclear Power Plants can be used to develop other modes of energy with less risk.
The money can also be used to develop and encourage conservation and to eliminate pollution.
In doing so we can leave the legacy of life to our children and their children for generations to come.
If we do not heed the the warning signs we will leave a legacy of genetic defects, cancer, gross ocntamination of food and water supplies, and consequently the spending of more money to counteract the affects of our blatant ignorance.
