Washington, DC 20555

Dear Mr. Hendrie:

As a Representative from a rural agricultural district with an apartment in Harrisburg, only a few miles from Three Mile Island, I am writing to urge that Unit One of TMI be returned to service just as promptly as possible.

The constituents in my area are already extremely unhappy with the cost of their electric bills.

The elimination of nuclear power from Unit One will result in a substantial increase in utilities cost for my constituents.

Many of my constituents are farmers who use electricity for their milking operation, pump, refrigeration, etc.. and the handling of fresh milk.

The cost of electricity is a very important part of their budget.

Please see that we have the lowest cost energy available for my constituents, Very truly yours,
