Pursuant to the Appeal Board's Order dated January 21, 1980, I am writing to advise you of the following:

The undersigned and Elisa J. Grammer, Esq. will appear on behalf of the NRC Staff at the evidentiary hearing on the radon release issue scheduled to commence on February 26, 1980. We may also be accompanied by Joseph Scinto, Esq.
