a.
The provisions of the Branch Technical Position RSB-5-1 should be effective imediately and utilized in current reviews of CP applications.
b.
The-decision whether or not to prepare a Regulatory Guide l
on this subject was left to the staff.

The Comittee characterized the backfit implementation considerations of this proposed BTP as Catagory 2 -
Further staff consideration of individtf8TTases required in order to determine the need for backfitting.
The remaining items 2 and 3 of the agenda were deferred to the next meeting.
