FURTHER ACTION RECOMMENDE BY SlTE PERSONNEL 1.
For the three fuel handling bridges and the four fuel transfer hydraulic units, determine the proper relief valve to be used in the correuponding hydraulic system.
2.
When the proper relief valves are determined, prepare the necessary lf changes, including revined drawings.

The hydraulic relief valves installed in the field differ from those shown on the drawings. The proper relief valve on all equipment (3 bridges and 4 hydraulic panels) is a consolidated relief valve //1478.
Drawings for the Transfer System and the Spent Fuci Handling Bridge are now correct.
- However, drawings for the Main and Auxiliary Fuel Handling Bridges are still incorrect.
Please advise Stearns-Roger that drawing changes are required and have the rcviscd drawings and pertinent revised instruction manual sheets submitted to B&W.
