Dear Sir:
As a commercial and private user of electricity in the Houston, Texas area. I am writing to ask that you reconsider the NRC decision to stop issuing construction permits and licenses for nuclear power plants.
This.,particular area will suffer greatly; and I think rather quickly if the nuclear plants currently under construction are not permitted as soon as possible. Recent world political events indicate our tenuous ability to control our own destiny when dealing with oil supplies. Let us at least make some positive effort in the one apparent area of energy supply where we (er should I say - YOU) can determine our own future.
