Subject:

Nuclear Power Plant Freeze Gentlemen:

As a concerned citizen and business man, I am writing this letter respectfully requesting your consideration in lifting the present restriction on issuing construction permits and operating licenses for Nuclear Power Plants.

Everyone is continually talking about power shortages, energy cos ts, e tc., e tc. but restrictions such as this only compound the critical situation.

It's amazing how the " anti-nuclear" alarmists can get action but they do not seem to have suitable alternatives to the problem.

Hopefully someone in Washington will listen and act on requests such as this.

Very truly yours, MOODY-PRIC E, INC.
