Nuclear Regulatory Commission 1717 H Street, N. W.

Washington, D. C.

20555 Gentlemen:

Relative to your November 5th decision to place a moratorium on new nuclear power plants, I would like to express my extreme displeasure in your actions.

There is no need for me to reiterate the pitfalls you have placed in our current energy shortage; nor to let you know the expense burden you are placing on the im-mediate next generation; nor the disservice you are subjecting not only the people of the United States, but the well being of all man kind.

And as well aware of these conditions as you must be, what could posc531y have made you arrive at your directive of the 5th?

TMI!

I am just proud of the fact that the Wright Brothers thought about flying and not about crashing.

Yours very truly, hilli G.yackson pGJ:cwb i
