Attached is a copy of a letter I wrote to President Carter urging him to use his efforts to get the moratorium Nuclear Regulatory Co= mission imposed on construction permits and operating licences for nuclear power plants lifted. We think this is unnecessary and surely is further damaging our econorgy and way of life.
We hope you and your fellow Commissioners ccn see your way 1
clear to rescind this freeze.
