MODE 2 Cur Office of Inspection and Enforcement has informed us that you have acceptably completed the ites identified in the aranded Attachment 2 to Operating License DPR-73 as required to be completed prior to initial entef into operational Mode 2 (startup).
Accordingly, pursuant to the amended Attachment 2 to Operating License DPR-73, you are hereby authorized to proceed to operational Mode 2 (startup) at Three Mile Island Nuclear Station. Unit 2, unless othemise constrained by additional requirements of the Facility Operating License as amended through Amendment No. 3.
