Dear Mr. Collins:
The Babcock & Wilcox Company Nuclear Training Center proposes to conduct a Reactor Operator Startup Training Program and Startup Certification based on an operating examination given at the end of the course of instruction.
The Babcock & Wilcox PWR simulator would be utilized for this examination.
The minimum course of instruction that the trainee will have undergone is defined in Attachment I entitled " Reactor Startup Certification".
The operating examination for reactor startup certification will be administered in accordance with Attachment II entitled " Conduct Of Reactor Startup Examination.".
It is requested that you review the program and procedure and forward your com.nents to me regarding it's applicability as to *he intended purpose.
